1. Services Offered
Wellness with Dara provides health and wellness coaching services, including but not limited to: one-on-one health coaching, group coaching programs, online workshops, and wellness consulting. Our services are designed to support clients in developing sustainable lifestyle habits and improving overall well-being.

The information, guidance, and support provided through our coaching services are for educational and wellness purposes only. Nothing communicated through our website, programs, or sessions constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, particularly if you have an existing medical condition. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to:

4. Payment and Fees
Payment is required prior to the start of any coaching program or session unless otherwise arranged in writing. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you agree to the fee associated with the selected program or service.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
Refunds for program enrollments are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your enrollment date. We are committed to working with you in good faith.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of everything you share within the coaching relationship. Information you disclose will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
In group coaching settings, all participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of others. What is shared in the group stays within the group.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programs, including but not limited to written materials, worksheets, frameworks, and the R.E.G.U.L.A.T.E. Method, is the intellectual property of Wellness with Dara and is protected by applicable copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
You may not use, reproduce, scrape, copy, or otherwise extract any content, materials, frameworks, or methodologies from our website, programs, or coaching materials for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise developing artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated tools of any kind. This includes but is not limited to large language models, generative AI applications, and AI-powered content platforms. Any unauthorized use of our content for AI-related purposes is a violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
