Hi I’m Dara

I’m a board-certified health and wellness coach with a Master’s in Psychology and 20 years of experience in social work. My path to coaching was shaped by my own personal transformation. There was a period in my life where chronic stress was taking a real toll on my health, and I knew something had to change. I began learning and practicing techniques to regulate my stress, and from there I started paying closer attention to how I was nourishing my body, moving, hydrating, and building mindfulness into my everyday life. Those shifts changed everything.

What made it all feel like purpose was the work I was doing at the same time. While facilitating wellness programming for adults at a hospital, I found myself teaching what I was still learning, and the connections I built in that process were some of the most meaningful of my career. That experience confirmed what I was called to do. Today, I bring that same compassion and evidence-based approach to every person I work with, because I know firsthand what it means to build a life that feels whole.
